We are open for pick up Tuesday-Friday from 9am – Noon & 1:30pm – 4:30pm – NO PICK UP FROM 12:30 – 1:30 PLEASE, if you arrive between Noon – 1:30 you may be asked to wait until 1:30pm when our staff return from lunch. We are not open on weekends for pickup.
If possible please give us 24 hours notice so we can have your items ready for load out.
Pick up can sometimes be arranged on a Monday during the auction by calling for an appointment.

We have staff to assist individual customers with loading items the items they purchased, please bring blankets and tie downs/straps if possible.
We do not load or pack items for third party delivery services hired by our customers, this includes the packing of items in boxes for carrier pick up.
Our facilities offer a covered loading area & dock high loading can often be made available by appointment.
While Gallery Auctions does not offer in house shipping or packaging services, we are happy to connect our customers with reliable and affordable businesses that offer pick up, packing & delivery services.

We also routinely have customers use the companies listed on our recommended shippers page to have their items delivered across town, across the state, across the country and even across the world.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain quotes, set up packing, pick up & delivery of their items. It is also the bidder’s responsibility to determine level of service they would like, determine if they would like insurance & to pay any delivery services directly. We strongly recommend full value insurance for all shipments.
Please note that shipping charges can be expensive, in some cases more than the cost of the item, it is strongly recommended that bidders obtain a quote prior to bidding.
Obtaining a no obligation quote from any shipper on our recommended shippers list is easy, simply call the shipper and/or forward the invoice you received from noreply@liveauctioneers.com to the shipper via email.
If you are requesting a quote before bidding send the shipper your address and a link to the item you would like a quote for.
The shippers will respond back to you with an estimate for pick up from our facility, packing & shipping to you. The shippers can click on any item on the invoice to see a photo and dimensions.
Once you have selected a shipper please notify us who will be picking up your item via email or liveauctioneers messenger.
To aid in shipping estimates the largest approximate dimensions are provided for every item in the description on Liveauctioneers. Upon request we can provide the weight for most small items and regular sized furniture.
Gallery Auctions is not responsible for any damages that occur after an item is pronounced sold. This includes but is not limited to any damage incurred from storage or movement in our warehouse, while loading, during transport / delivery or when removing any lot stickers or identifying tags.
Of course we are happy to work with any other shipper you may choose even if they aren’t on our regular shipper list.
If a lot is being picked up by anyone other than the person named on the invoice we require an email stating the invoice number and the name & contact info of the person or service who is authorized to pick up the lot.
All customers or their delivery services are expected to verify that all items have been loaded prior to leaving our facility. Gallery Auctions is NOT responsible for any costs or inconveniences caused due to incomplete deliveries or load outs.
Anyone picking up items MUST present a copy of the invoice or a delivery order/waybill listing ALL items that are to be picked up. A digital copy is acceptable.

GALLERY AUCTIONS IS NOT STORAGE FACILITY.
All items must be removed from Gallery Auctions premises or have shipping arrangements in place within TEN (10) days following the auction date (meaning you have a shipper set to pick up, they have given you a pickup timeframe, you have informed us who is picking up & when they will pick up AND we have confirmed receipt of your message). Once you have notified us within 10 days, we are happy to work with your shipper’s schedule and allow a reasonable amount of additional time. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our office.
Notification of shipping arrangements or requests for additional time must be submitted via Liveauctioneers Message or Email – VERBAL / PHONE NOTIFICATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE; you will be asked to send an email if you call in your notification. If you do not receive a reply from us confirming receipt of your message / email, then we did not receive it & you should continue to attempt to contact us.
Failure to remove the items or have shipping in place within the allotted time will result in storage charges at the rate of $10 per lot, per day, starting at the date of sale. Once storage charges begin to accrue no items will be released until the storage charges are paid for in full. ANY ITEMS LEFT LONGER THAN 30 DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN/EMAILED AND AGREED TO ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE TREATED AS ABANDONED AND MAY BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD WITH NO NOTICE GIVEN OR REFUND DUE TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER.
Gallery Auctions DOES NOT generally accept the reconsignment of unwanted lots (in whole or in part) that customers purchased during one of our auctions.
All invoices and any storage must be paid for in full before any items will be released for pick up.
